Week 1 Practice: Mission Statement & Target Audience


Mission Statement:

Our mission is to provide vast array of fresh and delicious products everyday. Holy Magdalena Cupcake Express is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction with customer service and quality of our cupcakes and other baked goods, 100% of the time. We work hard to insure each customer has an experience that will keep you coming back for more.

Target Audience:

The target Audience for Holy Magdalena Cupcake Express consists of people with a major sweet tooth, women in between the ages of 21-40, and people who are looking to order for birthdays, weddings, or other parties. The cupcake lovers are social media addicts, trendy, and someone who can locate the location of Holy Magdalena Cupcake Express.

Website:

The website will be colorful with bold features that will stand out to the audience and catch their eye quickly, I will choose different fonts to fit well with the page scheme. Most importantly, the website will consist of the following features:
·      Google Maps location
·      Linked social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, and others.
·      Photos of menu items with name, price, and available options.
·      About us
·      Contact us
·      Comment and Review section

How it works:

This website will be easy to navigate so people who aren’t as tech savvy will be able to find what they need easily and not be frustrated with the website. It will include all information needed to get in contact with Holy Magdalena Cupcake Express.  The website will utilize social media to bring in more of the target audience, it will be available to work with mobile devices and have link to all social media pages linked to the business.
